GBF Returning Policy

GBF Returning Policy:

GBF provides shipping and customer service for every GBF customer order, including processing customer returns. We use GBF’s customer return policy to determine if a purchased item is eligible for return. To ensure a great customer experience, we may accept returns beyond the timeframe stated in these policies.

A return is an item a customer sends back to GBF warehouse in Washington state. We evaluate the condition of each returned item. If we determine that the item is sellable, we will issue the refund to you. If we determine that it is unsellable (defective or damaged, for example), we assess who caused the damage (GBF warehouse or the customer). Then we decide if you are eligible for a reimbursement.

Returning timeframe In most cases, customers can request to return an item within 30 days of receiving it. GBF may make case-by-case exceptions and accept return requests beyond 30 days of receipt. GBF reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of thirty percent (30%) of the manufacturer’s suggested retail price at the time of purchase for any Products that are returned.

In most cases, if an item does not arrive at GBF warehouse in Washington state within 30 days of the return request, we will charge the customer and will not credit your account for the item.
